Delete personal data and account
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 Directive, you have the right to delete all your personal data used in our application and all documents related to your account. Please note that if you choose to delete your data, your account will also be deleted and, if you have a valid certificate, your certificate will be revoked immediately upon deletion of your account, in which case your account and certificate cannot be restored.
Once you have requested the deletion of your account, your personal data will be permanently and irrevocably deleted from our systems, except for data that we are required to retain due to applicable legal obligations. Upon receipt of your request for deletion, the request will be investigated immediately and your request for deletion will be executed within a short period of time.
Please note that we do not have control over documents that you share directly with others. For this reason, documents or signature tasks that you have not created yourself may remain available after you have deleted your account, in accordance with the applicable deletion terms.
Delete account in the NETLOCK mobile application

On the home screen, press the profile icon
in the bottom left corner -
Scroll down to the bottom of the profile page

Press the “Delete profile” button
Delete account in the NETLOCK WEB application
1. On the home screen, press the profile icon in the bottom left corner
2. In the Delete NETLOCK profile section press the “Delete Profile” button
3. Confirm your deletion request by pressing “Permanent deletion“.
Delete Account by E-mail
If you do not have the possibility to initiate the deletion of the profile from your account,
you can notify the customer service of the request as follows:
1. Report your account delete request to NETLOCK Customer support by E-mail
2. Please send us the following information in the letter:
- Account e-mail address
- First and last name
- Your first and last name at birth
- Place of Birth
- Date of birth
- mother’s maiden name and surname
- Reasons for deletion request
3. Once we receive your e-mail, our colleagues will contact you and, after completing the identification process, they will initiate the deletion.
