Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that, starting from July 16, 2026, a temporary disruption has affected the delivery of certain automated email notifications sent by NETLOCK Kft. The issue is caused by external service provider factors and is currently being resolved.
What does this disruption affect?
If you have submitted a certificate request, the related automated email notifications may not reach you, or may arrive with a delay.
What is NOT affected by this disruption?
The core operation of our services — including certificate issuance, certificate revocation, and the validation of electronic signatures and certificates — remains fully and continuously available.
What should you do if you have a certificate request in progress?
- Please also check your spam/junk folder, as the notification may have been filtered there.
- If you have not received a confirmation or further instructions regarding your pending request since July 16, 2026, please contact our Customer Service using the details below.
