Dear Customer,
we would like to inform you that among the certificate requests submitted through the NETLOCK Cloud Service (e-Business), those that have not been issued by 5:00 p.m. on November 7, 2025 will be automatically rejected due to a system update.
We kindly ask for your understanding and request that you resubmit any rejected requests after November 8, 2025.
The NETLOCK is doing everything possible to process and fulfill the resubmitted requests as quickly as possible.
